PC and Palm

If you want to use your CyKey with a Computer, PC or Mac you will need the Infrared Receiver. You can then use this with both Palm (as above) and PC.
Your computer will need to have a unused but functional USB port.
The CyKey works under Windows 98 or above (including XP and Vista); Mac running OS 8.6 or higher, HP Unix, Linux, Sun Microsystems.

The CyKey is now KeyText™ enabled (information on KeyTexT™ click this link)

If you want to use CyKey with a Palm (or Handspring) device using OS3.3 or higher (but not the Tungsten OS5, which it is not fully Palm OS compliant) - you do not need the USB Infrared Receiver. You only need the Cykey itself

Delivery

  • We normally despatch within 3 working days . If there is a delay we will notify you.

Warranty

  • CyKey comes with an approval period - if the product is returned to us in a salable condition within 90 days, a full refund will be made.
  • In the event of failure of CyKey in normal service a 1 year warranty applies. Return the unit to us and we will repair it, replace it, or make a refund (our choice).
  • This does not affect your legal rights. No representation as to the suitability of CyKey for any particular purpose is herein or elsewhere implied, and no consequential loss claims will be entertained.
  • **CyKey is sold to countries other than the UK, subject to the purchaser agreeing that the product is subject to UK laws ,and that it may be subject to customs duty when delivered. The Warranty described above is unaffected. CyKey meets UK European approvals (CE).
